What is InBody?
InBody is a noninvasive body composition scan that analyzes how your weight is distributed between muscle, fat, and water. In less than a minute, it provides a comprehensive breakdown of your body’s internal metrics, allowing us to assess your current baseline and monitor progress over time.
It measures:

How does it work?
InBody uses advanced bioelectrical impedance technology to measure your body composition quickly and safely. During the scan, you stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes. A very low level electrical current passes through the body, moving differently through muscle, fat, and water. This allows the system to calculate how your weight is truly distributed.
The scan takes less than a minute, is completely noninvasive, and provides immediate results. At The Refinery, we use this data as your baseline and track it over time to guide your weight loss and wellness plan with precision.
