Carol Ann Griffin

Carol Ann is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Phlebotomist at The Refinery, where she is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, results-driven care. She completed her aesthetic training at Bloom School of Aesthetics and earned her phlebotomy certification from South College.

Since joining The Refinery, Carol Ann has developed a special interest in corrective skincare and advanced aesthetic treatments, with a particular passion for SkinPen® microneedling, customized HydraFacials, chemical peels, and creating personalized treatment plans. She believes that beautiful skin starts with education and consistency, and she enjoys partnering with each patient to develop a plan that supports their long-term skin health and confidence.

Known for her warm personality, gentle approach, and attention to detail, Carol Ann is dedicated to creating a welcoming experience where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their skincare journey. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring East Tennessee, and continuing to expand her knowledge through advanced aesthetic education.
