Ashley Arnold

Ashley’s educational background, with an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Safety & Emergency Management from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, reflects her commitment to health and safety. Her six years of experience at UTK in the Lady Vols Athletic Department likely played a crucial role in shaping her discipline and work ethic.

Her professional journey has been diverse, showcasing her adaptability and skills in different fields. Ashley has contributed four years as the Emergency Response Coordinator for Metro Nashville Government, demonstrating her expertise in handling emergency situations. Following that, she spent five years at Pilot Flying J Headquarters in the Operations Department, gaining experience in a corporate setting. Additionally, she dedicated two years to Children’s Ministry.

Ashley’s role at The Refinery is marked by her dedicated work ethic to assist Annie and Emily as well as creating a friendly and welcoming environment to the customers. Her ability to recognize and connect with customers on a personal level underscores her people skills.

Outside of work, Ashley is a dedicated wife to Lucas and a loving mother to three children — Raylan, Morgan, and Mia. Their family life is centered around their secluded residence in Clinton, where they enjoy spending time together and hosting gatherings for family and friends.
