Waxing

Smooth. Shape. Confidence.

Not all waxing is the same. We offer both hard wax and soft wax, allowing us to customize your experience based on the treatment area, hair type, and skin sensitivity. Whether you’re maintaining your brows, preparing for vacation, or simply love the feeling of smooth skin, we’ll choose the technique that’s best for you.

From eyebrow shaping and maintenance to facial and body waxing, we truly wax all the things. Our goal is always a comfortable experience, beautiful results, and healthy skin. For our more sensitive guests, Pro-Nox™ (patient-controlled nitrous oxide and oxygen) is available during select appointments to help make treatment more comfortable.

Beautifully smooth skin starts with the right technique. Whether it’s your brows, your body, or anywhere in between, every wax is tailored to your skin for clean, confident results.

Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you wax?

We offer facial and body waxing services including eyebrows, lip, chin, cheeks, nose, ears, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, Brazilian, back, chest, abdomen, and more. If you’re unsure whether we wax a particular area, just ask, we likely do.

What's the difference between hard wax and soft wax?

Hard wax hardens around the hair and is removed without strips, making it an excellent option for more sensitive areas. Soft wax is removed with cloth strips and is often preferred for larger treatment areas. Your provider will determine which option is best based on the area being treated and your skin.

Can you shape my eyebrows?

Absolutely. Brow waxing isn’t just about removing hair, it’s about creating a shape that complements your facial features while maintaining a natural look. Whether you’re looking for a full brow makeover or routine maintenance, we’re happy to help.

How long should my hair be before waxing?

For the best results, hair should generally be about ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice), which is typically around 2–3 weeks of growth depending on the area.

How long will my results last?

Most clients enjoy smooth skin for 3–6 weeks, although this varies based on your hair growth cycle and the treatment area. With consistent waxing, many people notice finer, softer regrowth over time.

Will my appointment hurt?

Everyone’s pain tolerance is different. Many areas are very well tolerated, while more sensitive areas may be more uncomfortable. We offer Pro-Nox™, a patient-controlled nitrous oxide and oxygen system, for guests who would like additional comfort during more sensitive waxing appointments.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with clean skin and avoid applying lotions or oils to the treatment area the day of your appointment. If possible, gently exfoliate the area 24–48 hours beforehand and avoid significant sun exposure before your visit.

Should I stop using retinol or tretinoin before waxing?

Yes. If you use retinol, prescription tretinoin (Retin-A®), adapalene, tazarotene, or other exfoliating skincare products on the area being waxed, we recommend stopping them 5–7 days before your appointment (or as directed by your provider). These products increase skin cell turnover, making the skin more delicate and increasing the risk of irritation or lifting during waxing. Please let your provider know about any prescription skincare products you’re using so we can ensure your treatment is performed safely.

What should I avoid after waxing?

For the first 24 hours, avoid hot tubs, saunas, intense exercise, tanning, and excessive heat or friction on the treated area. Your skin may be slightly pink afterward, which is completely normal and usually resolves quickly.

How often should I schedule waxing?

Most guests return every 4–6 weeks to maintain smooth results and keep hair growth on a consistent cycle. Your provider can recommend the ideal schedule based on your goals and the area being treated.
