Alaina Osborn

Alaina serves as a Patient Care Coordinator and Medical Assistant at The Refinery, where she is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every patient from the moment they arrive. As a biology student with aspirations of becoming a dermatology physician assistant, she enjoys combining her love for science, patient care, and aesthetics in a fast-paced clinical setting.

In addition to coordinating appointments and helping ensure each visit runs smoothly, Alaina completed her phlebotomy training at South College and serves as a Medical Assistant, assisting with clinical care throughout the office. She is committed to continually expanding her knowledge and skills while providing compassionate, personalized care to every patient.

Outside of the office, Alaina enjoys baking, trying new restaurants, shopping, spending time outdoors on walks, and making memories with friends and family. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine love for helping others make her an invaluable part of The Refinery team.
